EARTH TECH APPOINTS STEVE TSAI, PH.D., TO
U.S. FEDERAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT POSITION
Industry veteran to lead business development activities in U.S. Western and Pacific regions
LONG BEACH, Calif. October 22, 2007 – Earth Tech Inc., a business unit of Tyco International Ltd., and a global provider of consulting, engineering and construction services, has appointed Steve Tsai, Ph.D., as Vice President of U.S. Federal Programs in the U.S. Western and Pacific regions.
In his new position, Steve will be responsible for federal business development activities in the Western United States and Pacific regions, including Guam. He will report to Jane Penny, Senior Vice President for Earth Tech’s U.S. Federal Programs.
“Steve will focus on expanding our relationship with U.S. Federal clients, particularly our Navy program” Penny said. “His experience and industry knowledge will be a great asset.”
Steve has 28 years of consulting and management experience in the environmental engineering and construction areas. He has an extensive background in the development and management of major government contracts, including Navy CLEAN, RAC, and EMAC; AFCEE 4PAE, WERC, and HERC; and Army TERC and PRAC. Most recently, he was a Senior Program Manager with Environmental Chemical Corporation, responsible for the development and management of environmental and engineering construction programs in the Western region of the U.S. and in the Pacific Rim.
