EARTH TECH SELECTED BY AFCEE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT SERVICES

Contract has potential ceiling of $3 billion over 8 years

LONG BEACH, Calif. – March 27, 2008 - Earth Tech, a leading global provider of consulting, engineering, construction and operations services, has been awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract by the U.S. Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) to provide for environmental services and to support the Architect & Engineering (A-E) programs.

The ID/IQ contract has an ordering period of five years with an additional three-year period of performance.  The entire program has a potential ceiling of $3 billion over the eight-year period.  The 4PAE08 program is a follow-on to Earth Tech’s existing AFCEE A-E services contract which was awarded in 2003

Under the scope of the contract, Earth Tech will provide support in four primary areas: environmental programs, including restoration, quality, conservation, and pollution prevention; military construction; military family housing; and sustainment, restoration and modernization efforts.

“This contract is another demonstration of AFCEE’s confidence in our abilities to deliver quality performance and service levels,” Bill Webb, Executive Vice President of Earth Tech, said.  “Our 23-year relationship with AFCEE is one of the finest examples of partners working together to meet operating challenges and objectives.”    For more than two decades, Earth Tech has delivered a wide range of environmental and engineering support to Air Force customers worldwide.  This work has included extensive environmental restoration support at more than 70 bases and the management of more than 450 task orders, 1,200 staff, and some 2,000 subcontracts under previous AFCEE contracts.
