LONG BEACH, Calif. - January 14, 2003 - Earth Tech has been awarded a 10-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract to provide environmental engineering, professional, technical and remediation support services to the National Guard Bureau (NGB) for work throughout the U.S. and its territories. The contract has a total ceiling of $598 million for all contracts over the 10-year period.

This contract involves the full range of environmental services that support installation restoration, environmental quality, environmental planning, and natural and cultural resources programs. The contract includes a one-year base period, plus nine one-year options, for a total of 10 years if all options are exercised.

"This is the first major contract that Earth Tech has held directly with the National Guard Bureau, allowing us to support a large network of National Guard and other military customers throughout the world," said Diane C. Creel, president of Earth Tech. "We're very pleased to be working with the NGB in this capacity. It gives the NGB the ability and flexibility to prioritize their task orders, and it gives us the opportunity to bring our wide-range of services to the NGB network."

In addition to the award of the master contract, Earth Tech has been awarded eight delivery orders valued at $1 million for work at 16 Air National Guard installations.
