EARTH TECH SELECTED FOR AIR COMBAT COMMAND ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE AND ANALYSIS SERVICES
LONG BEACH, Calif., April 1, 2004 – Earth Tech Inc., a global provider of consulting, engineering and construction services services, has been selected for an environmental compliance and analysis services (ECAS) contract by the U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC). The contract covers a seven-year ordering period, with potential task orders extending an additional 36 months.
The ECAS contract is a USD $200 million indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for task orders covering environmental quality, conservation, planning, and restoration services; design and construction oversight for selected facilities; and information technology services. The contract will support ACC's environmental programs, but may also be used by other Department of Defense agencies.
Earth Tech, one of seven prime contractors selected by ACC, will lead a team that includes former protégé firm Bhate Environmental Associates, Inc., S&A Environmental Consultants, LLC, Applied Marine Technology, Inc., Wyle Laboratories, Inc., and Severn Trent Laboratories, Inc.

ACC has 15 installations across the U.S., as well as operating locations abroad. Earth Tech is currently working for ACC under a variety of contracts with the U.S. General Services Administration, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Air Force 's Institute for Operational Health (AFIOH), and Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE). Earth Tech also provides support to ACC's GeoBase Civil Engineering Program at each of its installations.
