EARTH TECH APPOINTS CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
LONG BEACH, CA – April 8, 2004 – Earth Tech Inc., a global provider of consulting, engineering, and construction services for the transportation, water/wastewater management, facilities and environmental markets, has named Georgia Perkey chief information officer. Perkey will report to Jeff Kissel, Earth Tech's chief financial officer.
As CIO, Perkey's responsibilities will include setting strategic direction for the company's global information technology platform, ensuring that Earth Tech's business strategies are effectively supported by the company's technology strategy, and managing and implementing new technology initiatives.
“Georgia provides the depth of expertise we need to match our information technology infrastructure with the rapidly evolving complexity of our global operations,” said Alan P. Krusi, president of Earth Tech.
Perkey comes to Earth Tech with 25 years of management experience in technology positions within the professional services, financial services and architecture, engineering, construction industries. Most recently, Perkey was senior managing director of strategic technology solutions for CB Richard Ellis, where she designed and implemented complex integrated technology solutions for managing global outsourced clients in diverse industries. Prior to that, Perkey was a regional director for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was responsible for building a technology practice focused on enterprise solutions in the architecture, engineering, construction, real estate investment and financial services industries. She held a similar position with the information technology practice of Ernst & Young before that.
Perkey holds an M.B.A. in business analysis and information systems from California State University at San Francisco.About Earth Tech
