EARTH TECH NAMES HALLETT VICE PRESIDENT OF FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION

LONG BEACH, Calif. (December 28, 2004) – Earth Tech Inc., a business unit of Tyco International Ltd, and a global provider of consulting, engineering and construction services, has named Don Hallett, Jr. vice president of facilities construction.

In his new role, Hallett will manage Earth Tech's facilities construction business, with a particular focus on projects in the greater New York City area, where he will be based.

Prior to joining Earth Tech, Hallett held a similar position for a global engineering and construction services company. He has more than 20 years of experience in construction industry, with particular expertise in large-scale program and construction management and design/build services in the facilities market sector.
